Account Management Executive - Dubai

We are looking for an Account Management Executive to help manage our ever-growing clientele. 

 

The position is based in our Dubai office. Only In-Country candidates.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Be the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Executing all phases of the retention/renewal lifecycle.
  • Onboarding customers to the Meddy products, while also monitoring and driving utilization.
  • Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.
  • Proactively building and maintaining good working relationships with clients.
  • Identifying opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
  • Developing and delivering world-class customer service/sales training on an on-going basis.
  • Collecting payments from the clients.

Requirements

Who you are:

  • 2+ years of experience in a B2B or account management position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with HR and C-level professionals in the UAE.
  • Fluent English speaker and writer. Arabic is a big plus.
  • Strong strategic, critical thinking skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Obsessively organized and detail-oriented.
  • Building strong relationships and ability to work effectively with cross-functionally both internally and externally.
  • Experience working in a high-growth environment.
